Principal Bill Burton
Having formerly served at Lake Country Christian School as the Fifth Grade History, Math and Science Teacher, Mr. Bill Burton began his service as Elementary Principal in July 2008.He graduated from Southwestern Baptist theological Seminary in 1997 with a Graduate Diploma of Theology and then in 2006 with a Master of Arts in Christian School Education.Mr. Burton also has certification through the "All Kinds of Minds" program.
Mr. Burton has been a minister in a number of churches from Texas to Missouri serving in several pastoral roles as well as having traveled as a retreat and conference speaker all over the country including many ACSI conferences.Bill is currently the Bi-Vocational Senior Pastor at South Haltom Community Church.He has a deep passion for teaching God's Word and leading people to a deeper walk with the Lord.His commitment to Lake Country Christian School is constant and he looks forward to seeing children know Jesus in a more fulfilling way and serving Christ in everything they do.
