Alan went on to Law School, obtaining his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.
One year later, Alan received his Masters Degree in Law, with a focus in federal tax issues.
Although Alan is both member of the Massachusetts Bar as well as the Florida Bar, he has practiced exclusively in South Florida since 1979.
Over the past twenty years, Alan has gained extensive experience, trying cases throughout the state of Florida.
In 1991, he argued the landmark case of Robertson v. Robertson before the Supreme court of Florida.
