   On behalf of everyone associated with Narrabri West, I would like to publicly thank Mrs Burtenshaw for her excellent contribution to our school. She has been a much valued addition to our staff and is an outstanding teacher and mentor for 3/4B. She has worked long hours for the betterment of these students, cares about their progress, has them working extremely well and has willingly taken on additional roles within the school. 3/4B will miss her, but will also welcome Mrs Ford who will continue the great foundations laid in Terms 1 and 2 by Mrs Burtenshaw.

   We have been fortunate next term to gain 2 additional days per week in our Learning Support Teacher allocation and Mrs Burtenshaw will fill this role, as well as relieving in a full time capacity when Miss Durham takes a period of Long Service Leave later in the term.
   ...
   We are lucky that we have these opportunities to retain Mrs Burtenshaw in the school.

   The team of riders, consisting of Michelle Ledger, Dean Wilson, Sarah Cameron, Marlee Palmer, Jerrah Palmer, Shaine Baker, Josie Kirkby, Jamie-Lee Tuckey and Courtney Andrew would like to thank Mrs Burtenshaw for coordinating the day, Mr Wilson for being our team manager on the day and Mrs Melbourne for making our new school saddle clothes.
