   Thomas H. Burt, 73, last known address 3768 Raccoon Valley Road, Granville, had been a treasurer for Ohio Swimming Inc. for more than 20 years.
   
   Between Jan. 1, 2000, and March 2006, Burt deprived the organization of $175,000, according to a bill of information filed Wednesday.
   
   The organization discovered the money missing after an audit. Burt wouldn't give the financial books to the organization willingly, so the sheriff's office was called to help get them, said Linda Boettcher, wife of Ohio Swimming general chair R.P. Boettcher.

   After discovering Burt had taken the money, a civil case was filed, but R.P. Boettcher said the settlement did not cover the total loses.
