   Before joining the staff of Living Word, Tim worked for 14 years for Northwest Airlines and was president of American Infant Care Products, which marketed his invention of the fold-down commercial infant changing table used worldwide in public restrooms.
   
   Tim and his wife, Renee, have been an active part of Living Word since 1985.For many years, Tim and Renee were a vital part of the children's ministry.As the church grew, God put it on Tim's heart to start the Small Group Ministry for the purpose of helping members establish relationships with others in small-group settings.
   
   Tim presently serves as one of Living Word Christian Center's associate pastors with oversight of a large and diverse Small Group Ministry which includes Manhood God's Way and a weekly women's Bible study with over 200 women called HomeMakers, which his wife, Renee, teaches.His responsibilities also include Visitor and Member Relations; Leadership Development; Ministry of Helps; Young Adults; Singles Ministry; administrator of Christians United for Israel for Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin, as well as the State Director for Minnesota; Pastoral Care (which handles spiritual guidance, weddings, funerals, and hospital visitation).
