   Tom Burson Tom Burson joined Simpson Strong-Tie in 1993 as a contractor distributor sales representative. Tom was also senior sales representative before being promoted to sales manager, southwest division in 1998. Before joining Simpson, Tom spent 12 years as branch manager for two large building hardware distributors in Southern California.
