   SAN FRANCISCO , Feb. 28 , 2001 ( Press Release ) - Jay Bursky has taken on the additional role of publisher of directories and books for paperloop , the premier information and business exchange for the worldwide paper , printing and converting industries.
   
   In addition to continuing his work with paperloop's business development group , Bursky will manage the company's team , comprised of staff in New York , Brussels , and San Francisco that produces and markets the directories and book businesses. This group includes the Lockwood Post's Directory , the paper industry's oldest and most-trusted resource , as well as the International Pulp and Paper Directory , the Company Profiles , and the North American and International editions of the Factbooks.
   
   Bursky has an A.B. in History from Indiana University and an MBA in Industrial Marketing from Baruch College ( CUNY ). Before coming to paperloop he was a management consultant for Pegasus Capital Advisors , and he started and managed two marketing firms : NextStep Marketing , a database marketing company , and GreenLINE Group , a travel marketing company with a focus on ecotourism. He has also had a successful career as a professional actor , appearing on Broadway and in numerous theatre , television and film productions.
   
   Jay has done a great job on the business development side for paperloop , and I look forward to having him on the publishing end as well , said John Rockwell , vice president of paperloop's print division.
