   SAN FRANCISCO , David Bursky, a veteran reporter who has covered the semiconductor industry for 35 years, joins CMP Media's Electronics Group as semiconductor editor.
   
   Writing for both EE Times and EETimes.com, Bursky will be responsible for the group's coverage of the global semiconductor industry.He will also contribute to the group's technical "heads-down" Web sites.
