Born in Prague, Helena completed her Conservatorium in music in 1965. In the 1970s Helena studied Psychology at Charles University (Prague) finishing her PhD in 1976. After coming to Australia in 1984 she soon realized that a clinic for learning difficulties needed to be set up since she was dissatisfied with the approaches and treatment offered at the time. Since then Helena Bursik has attended many training modules related to Sound Therapies, Neurofeedback training and Primitive Reflex Program. In 1994 she established the Neurodevelopmental & Samonas Sound Therapy Centre to provide truly holistic services. -
