Bursiek joined Eduprise in 2000 and has served the last six months as Executive Vice President with responsibility for operations including finance, business development, marketing, channels, and acquisitions.

   Prior to joining Eduprise, Bursiek was with Harbinger (Peregrine) where he held the position of Executive Vice President and was a member of the General Managers Council.His responsibilities over a 4 ½ year period included business development, product management, market management, network/internet development and operations, customer support, and sales.Prior to Harbinger, Bursiek was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Syncsort, a $45 million software company.From that position he became President of Sapiens USA and then CEO of Sapiens International.
   
   Bursiek began his career at IBM after graduating with a BS degree in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Harvard.During his 20 years at IBM, he held a number of executive positions, including: Director of Public Sector Markets, Director of Federal Market Operations and Director of Software and Peripheral Products.Bursiek then became Vice President of Marketing for Burroughs Corporation followed by Vice President and General Manager for the Eastern Operations of Unisys.
