   Born in Tuskegee, Alabama, Robert graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in the Administration of Justice and Political Science from Howard University in Washington, DC. He has eight years experience with at-risk youth and juvenile offenders. In that time he was a Program Coordinator for the 4th Judicial District Probation Department's Senate Bill 94 initiative for alternatives to juvenile incarceration, an at-risk youth Case Manager for a non-profit agency, Case Coordinator with the US Federal Bureau of Prisons, Central Office, and employed by two Washington, DC lobbying firms. Outside of his duties as Project Director for the Right Track Project, he is currently the Director of Workout, Ltd. a therapeutic juvenile services non-profit centered around Restorative Justice principles and practices for youth accountability, community safety, and victim reparations.
