   But Tibbets-Figliola made two claims that got Baby euthanized immediately, said Ron Burrows, animal care supervisor at the Humane Society.
   
   Tibbets-Figliola said she had checked with her neighbors and found no one who claimed the cat. And she said it wasn't housebroken and had sprayed inside her home, Burrows said, which made it unadoptable.
   
   She denied in an interview saying either thing.
   
   In her statement to investigators and in her countersuit, Tibbets-Figliola said stray and pet cats in Poulsbo Place have sprayed her back door, garage stairs and barbecue repeatedly and torn vent screens from under her house, ripping out insulation and burying feces.
   
   She named Phillips, Robertson's lawyer, as a defendant, saying he forced his way past her daughter and into her home to serve her with notice of Robertson's lawsuit.
   
   She alleges both Robertson and Phillips threatened to damage her business, a Kingston medical facility.

   This week, the cat trap sat on Tibbets-Figliola's porch, covered with a towel, apparently out of service. "I have been forbidden to trap any cats on my property by the homeowners' association," she said in her statement.
