   Is entering his senior year at DePaul's Theatre School, majoring in STAGE MANAGEMENT with a minor in Inter-cultural communications. You will have to look very hard to find anything less than a B on his transcripts and the letter A is very well represented.
   
   He sums up his career goal quite succinctly: "TO PLAY A CONTINUOUS ACTIVE ROLE IN THE LIVES AND MINDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND TO HELP CREATIVE MINDS SEE THEIR VISIONS COME TO LIFE."

   Finishing his Junior year at DePaul University in Music performance in the specialty field of Percussion, Robert Burrows started life with a pair of sticks in his hands -- mallets or drum sticks. It seems that he takes great pleasure in hitting things ----------- but making beautiful music when he connects.
   
   His accomplishments in his high school days are plentiful and wonderful, from playing in a side by side program with Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra to being accepted for study at Julliard's and Tanglewood's seminars and programs.
   
   He is the principal Timpanist of the DePaul Wind Symphony and Wind Ensemble and is part of the percussion section of the DePaul Symphony Orchestra..
   
   He's been accepted as an associate Timpanist with the Civic Orchestra of the CSO -- considered the training orchestra of the Chicago Symphony, an orchestra that can stand shoulder to shoulder with the world's major symphony orchestras.
   
   The Coordinator of Percussion Studies at DePaul considers his musical sensitivity and technical proficiency as close to graduate level.
