Richard has over twelve years experience in working with entrepreneurial and mid market companies in both Australia and the UK.Richard has spent his career with Ernst & Young, starting in London before moving to Sydney where for the last seven years he has been providing financial and strategic advice to private equity funds and local and international companies.

Richard has experience in a range of mergers and acquisitions, divestments and corporate restructurings and debt and equity raisings.

Richard is a Chartered Accountant and has a BSc(Hons) in Chemistry from Imperial College, London University.
