   Mr. Burrows is a Director of Pratt Financial Services, the U.S. investment affiliate of the Pratt family-owned multinational packaging company. Mr. Burrows assists with all aspects of PFS, particularly investment decisions for the firm's private equity fund, which specializes in community banks.
   
   Mr. Burrows started his career in 1983 at Trident Securities Inc., an investment bank focused exclusively on the financial services sector. He later became a co-owner and Managing Director. In this capacity, Mr. Burrows focused on nationwide capital raising initiatives for community banks and bank mergers and acquisitions. This focus resulted in more than 150 banking relationships in which Trident was retained to raise capital or negotiate M, Trident was sold to McDonald Investments in 1999; Mr. Burrows remained on as President until 2003.
   
   Mr. Burrows is Chairman of little bank inc., a Kinston, NC-based bank he helped to found in 1998. He also serves on the board at MagnetBank and Burke Capital Group, an Atlanta-based investment bank serving financial institutions. Mr. Burrows has served as a director of PFS since 2004.
   
   Mr. Burrows holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a Masters of Business Administration from Emory University.

   Lee has served on our board since our inception. He has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking with financial institutions. Currently, Lee is a Director and co-owner of ActiveGroup, a marketing research company in Atlanta; Chairman of the Board of the little bank, inc., a North Carolina-based financial institution which he helped found in 1998; and Chairman of Tyndall-Burrows Financial Partners, a check verification, collection and conversion sales organization. He also serves as an outside director to Burke Capital Group, an Atlanta based boutique investment bank exclusively involved in the financial services sector, and as advisory director to Pratt Financial Services, an investment fund focused on the financial services industry.
   
   Lee's career in investment banking began at Trident Financial Corp./Trident Securities Inc., a boutique investment banking firm focused exclusively on the financial services sector. In 1988, he became co-owner and Managing Director at Trident and began focusing on nationwide capital raising initiatives for community banks and bank mergers and acquisitions. This focus resulted in over 150 banking relationships in which Trident was retained to raise capital or negotiate mergers or acquisitions. He also helped lead the effort to establish Trident's Atlanta equity sales and trading desk where Trident made markets in the stocks of over 240 financial institutions. In 1999, Lee helped negotiate the sale of Trident to KeyCorp's Key Capital Markets' Financial Services Group. He continued to co-manage the Trident Securities division which resulted from the sale until his retirement in 2004.
   
   Lee received a Masters in Business Administration from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Marketing from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
