   Debra Burrows assumed Project Director responsibilities for the Eastern LINCS Regional Technology Center on October 1, 2000. Ms. Burrows holds an M. Ed in Educational Administration from Penn State University and a B. S. in Mathematics from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA. In December of 1999 Ms. Burrows completed Penn State's Educational Technology Integration Certification Program and is presently enrolled in a D. Ed. Program in Adult Education at Penn State. Ms. Burrows holds both instructional and administrative certification in Pennsylvania. She has 18 years of professional experience in the field of adult education and literacy. Ms. Burrows has directed several state and regional projects focusing on adult education and the utilization of technology through her employment with Central Intermediate 10. She is also a member of the faculty at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania where she teaches a practicum in adult literacy.
