Debra Burrows assumed Project Director responsibilities for the Eastern LINCS Regional Technology Center on October 1, 2000. Ms. Burrows holds an M. She is also a member of the faculty at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania where she teaches a practicum in adult literacy. -
