   David has many years of experience assisting clients with a range of personal legal services.For more than 20 years he was responsible for running Kells' Dapto office.He then went on to practice in the area of personal injury law before taking on his most recent role as the head of Kells' estate planning team.
   
   When it comes to estate planning, David believes in the old adage that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!He encourages his clients to take advantage of the safeguards provided by the law to ensure their wishes are carried out during periods of incapacitation and also after death.
   
   David has served in the roles of director, secretary and president of the Rotary Club of Dapto - where he is still a current member.He was awarded the Dapto Rotary Club's Annual Vocational Award for services to the club and the community and most recently the Paul Harris Fellowship, which acknowledges outstanding service and is the highest award in Rotary.
   
   In addition, David is the honorary lawyer for Lifeline South Coast and is the secretary of the Illawarra Grammar School Council.
   
   David is a self-confessed car fanatic, but still finds plenty of time for his other passions: his family - including his wife, children and grandchildren - and his hobby farm.
   
   Client CareDavid guides his clients through the estate planning process with a view to ensuring their wishes will be respected.David's not inconsiderable pro bono work, through Rotary and other charitable organisations, reinforces his care and compassion for his clients.
