He later joined the Palo Alto office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher as an associate, where he continued to specialize in employment litigation and counseling. Andy received his bachelor's degree from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 1991, and his J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 1994.
