Joe Burroughs joined Barnes & Associates in November, 2000 and is the newest member of the Barnes & Associates Executive Search team.

Joe has held sales and marketing management positions in the high tech industry for well over 30 years.His portfolio includes 14 years with Xerox Corporation as Western Regional Sales Training Manager where he helped introduce Professional Selling Skills (PSS) and was also instrumental in the creation of the Xerox Consulting Service.Subsequently, Joe has held key positions with Xerox Imaging Systems as World Wide Reseller Programs Manager, NetWorth and SBE in Channel Marketing Director roles and also Vice President of World Wide Sales for TeleVideo.Most recently, Joe has successfully managed his own business called B & A Channel Consultants whereby he developed and implemented product business and sales strategies for small, start-up companies.

Joe has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and has received kudos for several award-winning channel and sales training programs over the years.
