Blake W. Burroughs

ST. LOUIS, March 5, 2004 - Blake W. Burroughs has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial CRA LLC as a maintenance technician.Burrough's responsibilities include developing and implementing a preventive maintenance program, handling work orders and performing routine property inspections.In addition, he responds to emergency calls and monitors contract vendors on the site.Currently Burroughs handles daily maintenance activities for Bel Aire Office Building and Corporate Hill IV in Des Peres.

Burroughs is attending Vatterott College and will graduate with a bachelor's degree in 2006.

Burroughs Coldwell Banker Commercial hired Blake Burroughs as a maintenance technician.
