   Mr. Burrill is a life insurance professional with 30 years of experience in the industry. He co-founded a successful life insurance third party administration company providing data processing and policy administration services.
   
   His technical background includes interaction with a wide variety of insurance applications through development, conversions and developing interfaces to ancillary systems. Mr. Burrill worked on several hardware platforms including mainframe, PC, and client/server supporting local and remote users.
   
   During his years at The Hartford Insurance Group, Inc. Mr. Burrill designed and managed the development and implementation of a new unit investment trust enhancement for The Hartford's variable annuity system. He also designed and managed the development and implementation of a new agency management system. Also, while at The Hartford, Mr. Burrill designed a conversion system and managed the conversion of 250,000 individual life policies to a new vendor system.
   
   In 1979 Mr. Burrill joined Vantage Computer Systems, Inc. as a Senior Systems Consultant responsible for the implementation of life insurance software packages at client locations throughout North America and Canada. He managed several client projects in excess of one million dollars. In addition, he marketed the services of a joint venture between Vantage and DST, which provided third party administration to life insurance companies.
   
   In 1984 Mr. Burrill co-founded Financial Administrative Services, Inc., a life insurance third party administration company. As EVP, Director and COO he was responsible for the ongoing operations of the company including client administration and data processing. In 1991 Mr. Burrill became President and CEO of FAS. During the next six years he managed the growth of the company's staff from 30 to 75 full time employees, and annual revenues from $3 million to $6 million. His direct responsibility for marketing resulted in the addition of 10 new clients.
   
   Since 1997 Mr. Burrill has been successful as an independent consultant to the life insurance industry. For one client, he managed a conversion effort to migrate variable annuities from a mainframe system to a client-server system. For another client, he managed all aspects of a major enhancement to a vendor annuity system.
   
   Mr. Burrill holds a BS degree in Business Management from the University Of Hartford. His professional designations include FLMI - Fellow, Life Office Management Institute, CDP - Certified Data Processor, Data Processing Management Association and CLU - Chartered Life Underwriter, American College.
