   Burress formerly was chief operating officer of Cooperative Marketing Concepts, a leader in high performance telemarketing and training services, where she increased call center profitability by more than 115% in one year. She also managed a training staff that delivered more than 500 training workshops a year. Prior to joining ThoughtWare, Burress was vice president of Customer Service at PlanetRx.com, the full-service online pharmacy.
