   Scott Burrell, has joined Burch Real Estate in Bat Cave as a broker specializing in land and residential sales.
   
   Burrell was formerly a broker with Keller-Williams Realty in Hendersonville, where he worked for a year and a half.
   
   He said he was excited about the new venture.
   
   "It's a great opportunity and I'm looking forward to be a part of the Hickory Nut Gorge team," he said.
   
   An Edneyville native, Burrell is married to Jeannine and has a daughter, Kellie. The family lives in Fairview.
