   Katherine L. Burrell, 80, passed away April 24. She was a longtime resident of El Paso and a volunteer for the YWCA, a member of the Daughters of the United States Army, was active with the Rio Grande Girl Scout Council and with the League of Women Voters. She is survived by her children - Barbara Burrell Arpin and her husband Jerry, Diana Burrell Jones and her husband Dennis and Marilyn Kay Burrell - and two grandchildren. A graveside service took place April 30 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
