Lovica Jean "Vicki" Burr, 63, Topeka, died Friday, Sept. 13, 2002, at a Topeka hospice house.
Mrs. Burr operated a home day care for 15 years. She also worked in the field of natural healing and reflexology.
She was born Jan. 31, 1939, in El Dorado, the daughter of Milo E. and Ruthetta E. Weber West. She attended school in El Dorado and graduated from El Dorado High School and attended Kansas State University. She later studied nursing at El Dorado Community College. She moved to Topeka about 31 years ago.
