   Tim Burr, ASUCD Senator and former president of Pi Kappa Alpha, said that in addition to the eviction, the loss of the CUP could possibly lead to a legal suit filed by the owner of the property against the fraternity.

   "It has been clear to us that we are not returning to the house next year," Burr said. "In part because our lease was up and in part because the fraternity has been desirous and actively planning to find a new property that suits the growing size of our membership."

   Minji Wong and Tim Burr reflected on their positive experiences working with ASUCD.
