   Susan B. Burr is of counsel in the Palo Alto office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. She graduated from the University of Texas in 1970 with a bachelor of arts degree and received her master's degree in 1972. She graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Texas School of Law in 1981 and was a member and Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review .
   
   Ms. Burr represents employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in all areas of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour laws and federal labor management relations. Ms. Burr has lectured to employer groups on various employment-related topics and was a contributor to Employers' Rights and Responsibilities, a publication of the National Legal Center for the Public Interest. She is a member of the labor law subsections of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and of the State Bar of California.
