Lincoln Burr - Director
Lincoln Burr was named Director of HIL early in 2001 after having served as Director of another ORP company, Paragon Industries, for six years. Linc first started at HIL in 1990 with a background in sales and business. He worked at every level of the company, starting out as an outreach counselor, then working as a manager and then as the Coordinator of Services in Sheboygan County.
