   William A. Burns | President and General Manager, Medical Product Manufacturers and Distributors
   
   Since joining Digineer in 1991, Mr. Burns has held a number of operational and management positions primarily focused in the consulting services and project development areas of Digineer. Prior to his appointment to president and general manager of the Digineer's medical product manufacturers and distributors sector, Mr. Burns served as vice president of business development.
   
   Mr. Burns has extensive experience in the digital healthcare arena, including point-of-care disease management information systems, ambulatory patient monitoring, clinical research platforms, and regulatory compliance. He has proven instrumental in setting the leadership foundation in the development of technology-enhanced clinical and business initiatives for Digineer clients.
   
   Prior to joining Digineer, Mr. Burns was the manager of Worldwide Network Development for Control Data Corporation where he developed telecommunication and information system services.
   
   Mr. Burns attended University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems in 1990.
