   Mr. Burns graduated from Middletown High School in 1974 and was a car salesman. He was a member of the Sons of the Legionaries Post 218, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 528 and Fraternal Order of Orioles.
   
   He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Chester Brown; his grandparents, Marie and William Burns; and uncles, Loran and Glenn Brown.
   
   Surviving are his wife, Kay Wright; a son, Craig Rocky Burns II of Hunter; his mother, Lois Burns of Middletown; his father, Charles R. and Norma Burns of Middletown; a brother, Rick Burns (Su) of Middletown; two sisters Cheryl Wright and Cathy Hall (Jim), both of Middletown; six nephews, Shane Moore, Brett and Matt Burns, Jordan and Jared Spence and Jimmy Hall, all of Middletown; a stepsister, Lisa Goodwin of Middletown; stepbrothers, Kim Goodwin (Ann) of Middletown, Brent Goodwin of Indiana and Todd Goodwin (Kristi) of Middletown; grandmother, Wilma Brown; uncle, John Brown; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many special friends.
   
   ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, at Baker-Stevens Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
