   Tracy Burns joined White Oaks Wealth Advisors in July 2002, assuming the role of Marketing Associate where her daily duties include external communication, event planning, position the company to the public and media and creating relationships with local and national media.

   Tracy has been gaining valuable experience in the public relations and marketing field since May 1999. Prior to her current position, Tracy was a Public Relations Manager for a well known software company where her duties included creating and executing communications plans, event planning and writing and editing collateral materials for press kits, trade shows, newsletters and direct mail campaigns. Tracy received a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

   Tracy and her husband Derek currently live in Apple Valley, MN. In her spare time she enjoys shopping and socializing with friends and family.
