   Dr. BurnsDr. Burns was raised in Texarkana, TX. where he attended Texas Sr. High School, graduating in 1972.He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University with a major in Speech Pathology and Audiology.He completed his Master of Science degree in Audiology from East Texas State University, Commerce (now Texas A & M, Commerce).In 2001 he was awarded the Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida.
   
   He holds the Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.Tom is licensed as an audiologist and hearing aid dispenser in Texas and is licensed as a hearing aid dispenser in Arkansas.
