Susan Burgess has been working in the computer industry for over 30 years.She has spent the last 23 years at Royal Bank of Canada, and held various positions including Technology Architect, Manager of Technology Integration, and Manager of Test Facilities during the Y2K test period.She is now a senior Manager of Enterprise Test Consulting, where she was instrumental in the creation of a new performance test environment for RBC, and is responsible for testing and QA education in addition to being a member of the QA Centre of Excellence.She is on the board of the Program Advisory Committee for Sheridan College in Ontario in the area of Information Technology studies.
