Michelle Burford, CCIM
Leasing Manager, Colony Properties, LLC
Michelle Burford, CCIM, joined the firm in April 2005 as the Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing of Colony Park.
Prior to joining the company, she worked for The Mattiace Company where she served as a Vice President for eight years as a Leasing & Sales Associate.
Michelle was also employed with Cress Realty Group, Inc. and previously H.C. Bailey Management Company where she started her career in commercial real estate in Jackson, Mississippi in 1988.
Before her relocation to Mississippi, Michelle was in the real estate business in Boca Raton, Florida.
Ms. Burford is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is very active in the organization presenty serving as the Vice President and an active participant in Madison County Leadership 2009.
Ms. Burford has served as past Director of Education for two years and Secretary/Treasurer 2005 of the Ms. CCIM Chapter, a Realtor® Member and 2006 President of the Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors®, Mississippi Association of Realtors® Leadership 2001 Alum, and a member of the Agriculture, Commercial and Industrial Association.
he is a native of New Orleans and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stephens College (Columbia, MO) in Business Administration.
