Michelle Burford, CCIM

Michelle Burford, CCIM, joined the firm in April 2005 as the Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing of Colony Park.
Prior to joining the company, she worked for The Mattiace Company where she served as a Vice President for eight years as a Leasing & Sales Associate.
Michelle was also employed with Cress Realty Group, Inc. and previously H.C. Bailey Management Company where she started her career in commercial real estate in Jackson, Mississippi in 1988.
Before her relocation to Mississippi, Michelle was in the real estate business in Boca Raton, Florida.
Ms. Burford is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is very active in the organization serving as the past Director of Education for two years and Secretary/Treasurer 2005, a Realtor® Member and 2006 President of the Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors®, Mississippi Association of Realtors® Leadership 2001 Alum, and a member of the Agriculture, Commercial and Industrial Association.
She is a native of New Orleans and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stephens College (Columbia, MO) in Business Administration.
