With a background in building websites and maintaining the computers and network for Canberra primary schools, Terry joined ZOO in 2000 with a hunger to further expand his web development skills.Since then he has demonstrated expert understanding of government requirements for web development, as well as compliance standards such as W3C.He constantly remains on top of current development tools such as CSS, HTML, Flash, Actionscript, Javascript and ASP.

His expertise has led him to oversee the conversion of many government department annual reports to HTML, including those of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Australian National Audit Office and the Department of Family and Community Services Annual Report which achieved W3C AAA accessibility.
