  The white was made by assistant winemaker Mark Bunter that strolled into our store about a month ago with his girlfriend in search of two bottles of Chrysalis' red Norton. We liked the white quite a bit, especially as an aperitif wine and I will buy it for the store soon. In the meantime the VARALDO Nebbiolo worked beautifully alongside the chili/couscous dinner and later as well when listening to the new kd lang album where she sings the music of her fellow Canadians.
