    According to Sarah Bunten, co-owner of Nanny and Billy's Vegetative Management, the goats will come by early April at the latest.She didn't know the specific date because she was having trouble finding a truck large enough to haul the 200 goats down to San Pedro from Oregon.

    Bunten said the contract and other mandatory forms, including a "slavery disclosure notice," didn't arrive until March 17.
