As a Residential Renovation Design Consultant, Interior Designer AND, Store Planner with over 35 years experience in the field, I enjoy meeting, speaking and listening to people to discover what they are hoping to accomplish in their residences. We can determine if it is at all feasible or, affordable. Eventually, we will develop drawings to obtain a building permit or a Committee of Adjustment for a Minor Variance. I am qualified as a 'Designer' designation under the Ontarion Building Code.A good referral for me is people who are considering a renovation, building an addition, a room or an extension.
