   St. Lawrence University senior defenseman Abbie Bullard, who played high school hockey in Clinton before moving on to The Berkshire School and Queensbury, has helped the Saints reach the NCAA Women's Frozen Four Championships for the fourth straight year.
   
   The tournament begins with today's semifinals at the Lake Placid Olympic Center, where fifth-ranked St. Lawrence (29-7-3) plays No. 1 Wisconsin (34-1-4) in the 5 p.m. opener and No. 7 Boston College (24-9-2) plays No. 8 Minnesota-Duluth (23-10-4) at 8 p.m. The final is 1 p.m. Sunday.
   
   Bullard has been a four-year standout at St. Lawrence. She has two goals, both on the power play, and 10 assists this season and she leads the team with 37 penalty minutes. She has played in 155 games for the Saints, and she ranks among the school's all-time leaders in points by a defenseman (12 goals-51 assists-63 points) and penalty minutes.

   Bullard scored her first career goal in the Saints 3-1 win over Cornell Friday night. She also added an assist for her first career multi-point game. She took six shots in the win Friday and had four shots and was a +3 on Saturday in the Saints 6-0 win over the Big Red.
