Construction crews who will begin working on the project's treatment plant and pipeline will become members of the Laborer's International Union of North America, Local 1686, later this summer when construction begins, said Kevin Buckles, the Fort Peck Tribes' Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) Director.
