HighViz also has worked with branding, through innovative public relations, and in launching new business promotion, via events and seminars for HighViz clients within the non-profit, association, and government communities. HighViz also has a unique niche as a marketing arm to law firms in the DC area, most notably for Greenberg Traurig and their retinue of clients since 2002.Abbe has been working in a government contracting (business development, proposal to capture management) and in a strategic and promotional capacity with Federal agencies, Military and Civilian for over fifteen years, working with organizations such as L-3 Communications (Titan) and IBM (Lotus Development and IBM Consulting). Abbe has managed various projects in the federal government and private commercial sector.  She garnered valuable experience with a wide range of service providers and top lobbing/law firms as president and principal consultant of HighViz Consulting Group.  She developed top key relationships and teaming agreements for HighViz clients in order to work with federal customers and prime government contractors, streamlining their processes to go after large federal business. This resulted in securing several wins for clients, from influencing a 50 Billion Dollar GWAC (ALLIANT for BearingPoint) to a 6 Million 3 year contract (EPA for Information Experts, and several others). Additionally, she has been involved in the execution of sales business models, designing business and marketing plans, and devising the inception of a Program Management Office.  She has worked with various agencies within the Department of Defense, DoD agencies, US Army, State Department, Treasury, Social Security, Intelligence Agencies (NSA’s ARC), and the Department of Homeland Security.  Abbe’s “promo” experience started in the entertainment field (she is a vocalist in her own right, with a sound that echoes back to voices like Rosemary Clooney and Dinah Shore – listen at www.abbebuck.com). She also worked for Orange Productions in Radio Syndication (for Frank Sinatra’s company), before doing a 360-degree turn working in a marketing capacity in government contracting in 1990, joining Datapro/Gartner Group. Abbe has attended the University of Illinois, majoring in English and Mass Communications. She has been a member of Toastmasters International, and has been an instructor of the Dale Carnegie Sales and Public Speaking courses intermittently since 1982. Abbe is also a Shipley Associates Consultant holding two clearances.
