Tom Bucaccio, IDSA

Tom Bucaccio is Design Director of the Sea Doo line of personal watercraft for the Recreational Products Group of the Bombardier Corporation.Mr. Bucaccio and his team are responsible for a number of awards winning vehicle designs recognized with IDEA and Design of the Decade honors.The Sea Doo design team has also received acknowledgment through various industry groups and publications such as Personal Watercraft Illustrated, Watercraft World, Boating World, Popular Mechanics and Popular Science.

Before joining Bombardier Tom worked primarily for design consultant firms on programs such as train and aircraft interiors, consumer electronics, medical equipment and recreation products for clients including Nortel, Sony, Black and Dekker, Panasonic and Giant Bicycle.

Tom graduated from the University of Bridgeport in 1980.
