Sally-Anne Bryars joined the Clinical Negligence Team at Michelmores in May 2006 having previously specialised in defendant clinical negligence at leading London/South West NHS and Medical Defence Union (MDU) panel firms.
Sally-Anne qualified in 1997.
She has a considerable range of expertise having managed claims under NHSLA ELS and CNST schemes.
Sally-Anne has handled the management and resolution of claims brought under the NHS Complaints Procedure, advised and created disclosure protocols under the Data Protection Act for a number of Trusts, provided training seminars/workshops on legal updates to a broad spectrum of NHS staff as well as developing an in-house costs department with NHSLA delegated authority to handle all aspects of settlement and recovery of costs.
Sally-Anne is an appointed panel solicitor for a prominent Lloyds Underwriters, advising on a range of issues involving employer's liability and public liability claims, including private sector employer's clinical negligence.
