Rich Bryars joined the firm in 1989.He has extensive experience in computer technical support, customer service, and support of Solomon Software accounting packages.He is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), having successfully passed tests in two areas: Implementing and Supporting Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0 (exam 70-067), and Administering Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 (exam 70-028) . Rich is adept at developing sophisticated custom databases using front ends based on Microsoft Access or Visual Basic, and featuring integration with other Microsoft Office components.He has achieved recognition from Solomon Software as a Solomon Certified Systems Engineer (SCSE), qualified to implement and support the Solomon IV accounting system on the Pervasive Scalable SQL platform in a Microsoft Networking environment.

Rich has received the Competent Toastmaster and Able Toastmaster awards from Toastmasters International, demonstrating his abilities as a public speaker.He brings these skills to bear in seminar style training sessions, as well as personalized sessions for individuals and small groups.Rich has recently become a member of the Baton Rouge Business Network.
