Carter Bryars Senior Vice President , Chief Financial Officer As Senior Vice President, CFO, Carter Bryars is responsible for the management of the ongoing financial operations of Daniel and all of its related entities, including all corporate finance, accounting and financial reporting processes. Prior to joining Daniel, Carter held various positions with Saks Incorporated, the most recent of which was Vice President Financial Reporting. Prior to Saks Incorporated, Carter was an experienced Senior Accountant with Arthur Andersen LLP. Carter holds a Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration from Rhodes College, May 1994 and a Masters of Science, Accounting from Rhodes College, May 1995. He is a Certified Public Accountant. His current professional and civic associations include, Board of Directors for Easter Seals of the Birmingham Area, Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society Tee It Up For Life, Alabama Society of CPA's , Young Business Leaders, Birmingham and Canterbury Methodist Church.
