    Polsinelli v. Goodman [2003] O.J. No. 1075 (Ont. S.C.) , Catherine acted for the defendant in a personal injury action arising out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The defendant was successful in obtaining judgment against the third party for 35% of the damages awarded.

    Doucette v. Parent [1996] O.J. No. 3493 (Ont. Gen. Div.) , Catherine acted for the defendant in an action arising as a result of property damage sustained by the plaintiff. The plaintiff's action, framed both in negligence and nuisance, was dismissed with costs to the defendant.
