   John C. Bruckman, Ph.D.
   
   This highly experienced consultant has worked with senior executives and boards of directors in over 300 organizations in the United States, Europe, South America, Asia and Africa. Dr. Bruckman is the founder and Managing Director of the Change Management Group (CMG). His firm introduces and guides organizations through complex and difficult changes. He specializes in organizational assessments, executive evaluation and development, and change management. Over the past ten years he has been extensively involved with developing plans to leverage intellectual resources as a strategic initiative. This includes high potential leadership development and executive coaching programs.
   
   He also served as Director of Human Resources for the J. Paul Getty Trust; Chairman of the Management and Human Resources Department at California State Polytechnic University, and Senior Management Consultant at Arthur D. Little. John was one of thirteen Business and Economics professors in the United States to have been selected by the State Department as a Senior Fulbright Scholar in 1979.
   
   He has consulted with such companies as: 3COM/U.S. Robotics, ADM (Uruguay), Allergan, Applied Materials, Baxter, Brandes Investment Partners, Coca Cola, Corning, Quest Diagnostics, Embraco (Brazil), Ford Motor Company, Fuji Xerox, General Dynamics, General Motors Europe, Groupe Salomon (France), Hughes Aircraft, IBM, KLA-Tencor, Libbey Glass, Lockheed Aerospace, Magnavox Electronic Systems, Novellus Systems, Pacific Mutual, Sony Entertainment, Sprint, Sun Microsystems, Taylor Made Golf, The Toro Company, The Walt Disney Company, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Zeneca Ltd. (England).
   
   Dr. Bruckman was invited to present executive development programs in the following countries: Peoples Republic of China, Japan, Thailand, Brazil, Uruguay, South Africa, Germany, Italy, Greece, England, Switzerland, and France.
   
   He is accredited as one of a limited number of professionals qualified to administer the Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI) developed by Daniel Goleman, Ph.D. and the Hay Group.
   
   He received a B.S. in Industrial Management and Psychology from San Jose State University; an M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Southern California; and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the Wright Institute. He has completed postdoctoral studies in Industrial Relations at Oxford University and in New Product Development at the Harvard Business School.
