   Gene Carson Brucker was born January 21, 1975 in Rensselaer Indiana and raised in rural Cropsey, Illinois. Cropsey is approximately 30 miles northeast from Bloomington Illinois.
   
   He was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 2001; obtained a B.S. from Illinois State University in 1997 and a J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University in 2001.
   
   Attorney Brucker is a member of the McLean County, Illinois State and American Bar Associations, as well as the Robert C. Underwood Inns of Court. Attorney Brucker has served two terms as Secretary of the local bar association and is currently the chairman of the technology committee.
   
   Attorney Brucker is also co-Author of "Using DNA Evidence to Overcome the Presumption of Paternity," Illinois Bar Journal, Vol. 90, September 2002.
   
   Attorney Brucker currently resides in Normal with his wife and two children.
