   Becky Brucker - A.S.C.J., Shelter Services Coordinator
   
   Becky Brucker provides direct client services for our residential clients. She helps with monitoring services for residents and helps them coordinate their activities. She holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences with a major in Criminal Justice and has 8 years experience in program development and implementation in the areas of independent living, anger management, women's issues, coping skills,drug and alcohol psycho-educational programming, rape/ sexual assault crisis intervention and facilitating support groups. She also has 3 years case management experience.
   
   Becky also serves First Step as a grantwriter helping to find funding for our shelter expenses and numerous programs. Becky is currently seeking level one EAP training for First Step's equine therapy program which is in its final stages before implementaion. She has 15 years of horsemanship training.
