   Elizabeth Bruchu Phone: 651-256-0409 Email: esolnitzky@mnba.org After obtaining her Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and working in both the non-profit and for-profit setting, Ms. Bruchu joined MBA in September of 2002 as MBA's Human Resources/Payroll Director. Ms. Bruchu came to us from an environmental consulting firm last serving as a Human Resource Specialist where she had the responsibility for numerous aspects of Human Resources, including administering employee benefits, performing compensation analyses, keeping current on state and federal policies and reporting (COBRA, FMLA, AAP/EEO, visa sponsorship programs for foreign national employees) and facilitating new employee orientation. Ms. Bruchu's education and work-related background enables her to appreciate the "real world" business experience that MBA provides its students. She feels every student should have the opportunity to leave high school work ready and career bound!
